A very pleasing Cuban rum Manhattan. Aged Cuban rum, two vermouths, grapefruit bitters. Blended and aged for at least six weeks.

This drink was designed for the Havana Club Grand Prix. We set out to complement the flavours of a seven year old rum with a berry forward vermouth and a citrus quinquina tang. Grapefruit sits on the tongue finishing off a warm journey of a drink.
Named for our newest nephew, Otis Lomond. We're looking forward to enjoying one with him in 2039.
Pour over ice in a mixing glass and then strain into a coupe. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
