To enjoy, simply stir over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and imagine yourself in Lima about to head down to Santiago.

Our Pisco Martini is inspired by the legendary Ivy Mix and her El Cuarto, recently named Best American Bartender at Tales of the Cocktails. With love and respect to her contribution, we have aged this cocktail for six weeks to enhance the flavours and create a truly special experience.
