We founded Myatt's Fields Cocktails after being disappointed with the quality of premix cocktails available for our own wedding.
We had spent years working on cocktail techniques at home and wanted to serve our guests something delicious.
Through extensive experimentation (!) we created a cocktail menu featuring three aged drinks - a Negroni, a Manhattan, a Martini - and a premixed Espresso Martini. The cocktails were a hit at our wedding, and we received a lot of positive feedback from our guests. We decided to turn our hobby into a business.
