Aquavit, Manzanilla Sherry, Cynar, and peach bitters. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. ABV 24.5%

A super boozy riff on a Negroni. Akvavit replaces the gin, Cynar replaces the Campari, and Manzanilla sherry replaces the vermouth. This drink was made for ageing, and we give ours six weeks before we bottle it. Ageing rounds out the flavours and produces a rich, deep drink with a fascinating journey from front to back.

Pour into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Stir for twenty seconds to chill, wipe rim with a lemon twist and drop into drink.
